Hello, and Welcome

     Hello.

It is not really a company, because it is only one guy, and that guy is me.

     Welcome to the company.

I hope you enjoy your stay.

This blog will feature stills from current projects, and I will post videos of pieces from time to time.

Currently I do stop-motion photography animation, and paper cut-out animation.  It is more than enough to keep me busy.

I make all of my animations in Windows Movie Maker, because that is the easiest way for me to do it at this point in time.

I've been introduced to Flash, but I haven't quite gotten the hang of it.  I can do it when someone is on the phone with me when I get stuck, which is often, by the way.  Eventually, I'll use it, when I am not too lazy to learn and upgrade.

Don't bother to ask for a job, because other people just seem to get in my way.

The funny thing is, after I graduated from art school with a degree in painting, a project came into my head for animation.  All I wanted to do was get a pencil, and five-hundred pieces of paper, and animate my pencil drawings.
That particular project failed.  I crashed my brother's computer with it, because he had me do it in the computer, and I just wanted to draw it in real time and space, and use real photography.  Other than that, it is a long story, not worth telling here.
In any case, I've been on an animation kick and roll for a couple of weeks at least now, so let's see what happens.  Actually, it has been years off and on, but who's counting?  Not me.

I'm just here to have a good time, and enjoy myself.  Who knows?  Maybe I'll make some money along the way.  Vacations aren't cheap, you know, and I could certainly use one.

One last thing...I really do hate work, but animation is one of the most labor-intensive things you can do, haha.  I can't tell you how boring it is to import one photo at time into the movie maker program.  However, the results make it worthwhile, at least for me.

Anyway, I'll shut up now, and move on with things.
